Integrated Capital Management has closed its first private equity fund, Integrated Realty Capital I LP. The fund closed oversubscribed with $30 million in commitments, including Shamrock Holdings, one of the fund’s seed investors. It will target light value-add and opportunistic commercial real estate investments in all asset classes: industrial, retail, multifamily, self-storage, office, senior living, student housing and hospitality. ICM launched the fund in response to strong demand for fund structure that would offer sponsors larger capital commitments.

Disney family’s Shamrock Holdings provided seed money for early investments

Playa Vista-based Integrated Capital Management has raised $30 million for a private equity fund that will target investments in commercial real estate across the United States.
One of the fund’s seed investors is Burbank-based Shamrock Holdings Inc., which serves as the investment vehicle for certain members of the Roy Disney Family. Roy Edward Disney, who passed away in 2009, was a senior executive for Walt Disney Co., which his father Roy Oliver Disney and uncle Walt Disney founded.
Known as Integrated Realty Capital I, the firm’s new real estate private equity fund was launched by Integrated Capital co-founders and real estate finance industry veterans John Carrick and Robert Lindner.
ICM’s First Private Equity Fund Oversubscribed
Los Angeles-based Integrated Capital Management (ICM) closed its inaugural real estate private equity fund – Integrated Realty Capital I LP – on an oversubscribed basis with more than $30 million in equity commitments. The discretionary GP Fund targets light value-add to opportunistic commercial real estate investments across the United States in all asset classes.
To date, the fund is 30% committed with a current asset mix of multifamily, condominium, office and retail in primary and secondary markets.
